Software Satisfaction Awards 2009

Over 8,100 business software users took part in the Software Satisfaction Awards 2009 survey – making the survey one of the UK's largest individual pieces of business opinion research. As in 2008, the survey encompassed a wide range of software for various business disciplines including: Accounting & Finance; HR; Talent Management; Training; Payroll; CRM; and Contact Centre. In total, over 100 business software products were represented, from 72 vendors.

In addition, a range of Special Awards were given for: Software Vendor of the Year; Newcomer of the Year; Green Software Provider of the Year; and Reseller of the Year.
