2010 marks the fifth annual Software Satisfaction Awards, and we hope you'll agree that the changes have made for a better programme all round.

The Awards have come to represent one of the largest pieces of independent business opinion research in the UK – to which we have now added both customer satisfaction benchmarking and qualitative feedback.

On 7 October 2010, the Grand Connaught Rooms in London will play host to the breadth and depth of the business software industry. The finalists will be joined by industry commentators, journalists, the Award judges and, for the first time, purchasers of business software.
